Position summary:
Processes new hires as part of the onboarding process
Creates new hire welcome packet and establishes and mantains employee files
Data entry in ATS and file management
Assist with payroll and timekeeping
Run's reports weekly and monthly for payroll and licensure reports
Coordinates monthly new hire orientation class
Participates in employee activity committee
Assists in recruitment process to including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Qualifications Required Skills:
Two years of general office experience preferred.
Prior Human Resources experience required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Responsibilities Assists with the administration of the day‑to‑day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Integrates the organization’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
