Morgan Millworks, based in Rogers, Arkansas, is looking to hire a Cabinet Carpenter. What We Offer:
Full-time position with pay starting from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.
Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday), weekends as needed.
Continuing education and training on Udemy.
Retirement Plan 401(k) after one year of employment.

Responsibilities:
Read and understand architectural and cabinet layout drawings and create cabinetry that accurately reflects design specifications.
Read and understand a cut bill of materials and create materials according to specifications.
Provide the setup and operation of power and hand tools utilized by the cabinet shop such as table saws, shapers, nail and staple guns, routers, belt sanders and spray paint guns.
Operate specialized computer operated large power equipment such as CNC routers, Optimizer saw, Rip saw, and Edge bander, if required by job assignment.
Prepare and package the finished product for shipping.
Identify issues or conflicts in specifications and drawings and bring them to the attention of management for resolution.
Perform clean up and organization of storage, tool crib and shop floor areas. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Operate and follow all safety rules and provides coaching and reminders to peers in following safety and procedures of the department.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as cabinet builder: 2 years (preferred). No less than 1 year experience.
Operate and adjust assembly equipment (e.g., table saw, chop saw, jointer, router, power tools).
Experience in woodworking, adhesives, and fasteners.
Assemble units squarely within dimensional tolerances.
Basic sanding knowledge and understanding of wood species.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Familiar with touch-up processes (filler, putty sticks) and prep for finishing.
Identify and perform appropriate joinery, dry fitting, and document processes.
Familiarity with door/drawer mounting and hardware applications.
Ability to adjust cabinets on jobsites.
Ability to install cabinet hardware on jobsites.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
Physical Demands:
The job requires physical tasks such as standing, walking, and using hand tools for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and working at heights.
Activities such as climbing, kneeling, and crouching may be needed.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment:
Work primarily takes place on-site or in clients' homes.
Occasional exposure to dust, moving machinery, electrical hazards, and varying weather conditions.
Moderate to high noise levels can be expected depending on the location.
