re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company with over 33 years of continuous growth. We are expanding our subcontractor network and actively onboarding experienced finish carpenters. If you’re looking for steady work, strong support, and a long-term partnership, we want to connect with you.
As a member of our team, you’ll take on a wide variety of projects. We do have an immediate need for upcoming commercial projects in Auburn ME & Hampton Falls, NH.
What You’ll Do
Install windows, doors, trim, cabinets, molding, partitions, etc.
Perform commercial and residential remodel tasks
Read and work from blueprints, plans, and project specifications
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams
Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials
Maintain accurate measurements and quality workmanship
Complete daily logs and project updates
Follow local building codes and company safety procedures
What You Need
Professional Finish Carpentry experience (2+ years)
Residential framing & remodeling experience (required)
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans
Knowledge of commercial construction practices
Own tools + reliable, insured truck or van
Workers’ Comp & General Liability Insurance
Auto & disability insurance
OSHA 10 (required)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
