Position Overview As an AI Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Dozuki’s next generation of AI-powered capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying high-value use cases, validating solutions, and guiding products from concept to launch. By working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, customer success, and industry experts, you will ensure that our AI solutions meet customer needs, comply with regulated industry requirements, and deliver measurable impact for frontline operations.

Responsibilities Product Strategy and Planning
Develop a clear AI product vision and roadmap aligned with Dozuki’s mission and customer priorities.
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities where AI can enhance training, compliance, and operational excellence.
Benchmark competitive AI solutions in manufacturing, quality, and connected worker platforms.
Partner with executives, sales, and customer success to prioritize AI initiatives that deliver the most business value.
Product Discovery and Delivery
Lead discovery sprints to validate AI-driven concepts, including feasibility, usability, and ROI.
Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-focused solutions.
Define product requirements, user stories, and specifications for AI features such as conversational intelligence, single and multi turn search, proactive insights and AI-powered content creation.
Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to balance innovation with scalability, security, and performance.
Establish success metrics to measure adoption, accuracy, and business outcomes of AI features.
Product Launch and Adoption
Partner with marketing and sales to position AI offerings clearly and compellingly.
Drive go-to-market readiness with training, messaging, and sales enablement.
Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze usage patterns, and lead initiatives to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
Collect structured feedback to guide continuous iteration and improvement.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with customers to uncover frontline challenges and validate AI-driven solutions.
Communicate complex AI concepts in simple, practical terms to internal and external audiences.
Provide regular updates on AI roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Support sales, marketing, and success teams with product demos, documentation, and insights.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1+ years working on AI/ML-powered products.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) and their application to enterprise SaaS.
Experience in product discovery, agile delivery, and building solutions for B2B customers.
Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align executives, technical teams, and customers.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to define and track product success metrics.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex problems in real-world manufacturing and industrial contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Prior experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries (manufacturing, aerospace, pharma, or life sciences).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001, FDA CFR Part 11, or GFSI.
Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products with AI components.
Previous experience as a software engineer developing AI powered products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other incentives and compensation may be available based upon a number of factors including bonus, equity, and OTE (on target earnings)
