Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Change Manager to join their team. As a Change Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Banking division supporting organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support large-scale initiatives within Commercial Banking.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential risks and resistance.
Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to integrate change management into project lifecycle.
Monitor and measure adoption, effectiveness, and sustainability of change initiatives.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in Change Management within financial services or banking.
Proven ability to lead organizational change for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Commercial Banking products, processes, or operations preferred.
