Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) Location: Remote / Hybrid – Type: Contract or Full‑Time (flexible based on fit)

About the Role We’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, manage, and optimize high‑performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for a variety of clients. This role is ideal for someone who lives in Ads Manager, understands performance data deeply, and knows how to turn creative + targeting into real results.
You’ll work closely with our strategy, creative, and client‑facing teams to execute campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and revenue—not vanity metrics.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Develop audience strategies (custom, lookalike, retargeting, cold traffic)
Set up and monitor conversions, events, pixels, and tracking
Analyze performance and continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
Test creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to scale winning campaigns
Manage budgets efficiently and recommend scaling opportunities
Create clear performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Stay up to date on Meta platform changes, best practices, and trends
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands‑on Meta Ads experience
Proven success managing paid social budgets and scaling campaigns
Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta reporting
Experience with lead generation, conversions, and funnel strategy
Data‑driven mindset with creative problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly
Bonus: experience with Google Analytics, landing page optimization, or CRO
Nice‑to‑Haves
Agency experience
Experience running ads for service‑based businesses, local brands, or events
Copywriting or creative testing experience
Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools
