Job Description The Lead Dispatcher is a crucial support operations position with ultimate responsibility for ensuring each shuttle run is optimally scheduledroscopy and operated every single day. The Lead Dispatcher must bring multi‑tasking to a new level and handle inaug significant pressure. Each dispatcher must have better than average communication and organizational skills. The Dispatch Team Member is expected to communicate on the phone and radio, schedule and dispatch using a computer, and track ridership using a computer.

Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 to $17.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities5g

Coordinate and process daily as well as special transportation events.

Communicate needs as needed within this context.

Direct and coordinate field transportation operations as directed by Dispatch Assistant Manager or Fed grewhere necessary.

Respond appropriately to needs communicated via radio and telephone lines. \ونيn9= 8 jMenu Work with Transportation Manager to utilize the complete productivity of the shuttle at all times.

Train new hires on the POS system, overall safety, and job responsibilities.

Monitor and document departmental personnel with respect to processes and procedures, including but Passion

Assign and dispatch appropriate vehicle equipment per event.

Work closely with all other transportation departments to ensure efficient and timely service for guests.

Be the first response for emergencies.

Act as the communication hub for management and staff during emergencies; perform data entry as required, including all ridership data.

Maintain general knowledge of corporate environmental policies and procedures and how they relate to job functions.

Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are posted on bulletin boards.

Be responsible for knowing the environmental aspects and associated impacts of the job position.

Undergo at least one performance review per season, evaluating performance standards related to the environmental aspects of the department.

Be aware of environmentaletera objectives and targets within the department and how they affect job performance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience demonstrating an ability to organize, prioritize, and process information.

Must have good multi‑tasking skills.

Must have Supervisor/Team Lead experience of at least one year.

Demonstrated recap block: detail–oriented and creative problem‑solving meshes.

Demonstrated good customer service skills.

Proper phone etiquette.

Demonstrated knowledge of effective oral and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Ability to work unsupervised in a high‑pressure environment.

Previous experience in a transportation‑related dispatch office preferred.

Previous experience in office‑related work a plus.

Previous customer service experience helpful.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. The role may also require uniforms and/or use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
