Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. Role The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for assisting operations at Antlers Lodge. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the individual will be tasked with providing excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring that all guest interactions are positive, welcoming, and align with the brand's standards. The supervisor will also monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering food and beverage supplies, and ensure that all items are properly stockedprobated and available for service. Maintaining high food quality, presentation, and overall service standards is essential, and regular quality checks will be conducted to ensure consistency in every aspect of the operation. The role also involves ensuring that all employees maintain a high level of professionalism, adhere to company policies, and consistently achieved exceptional service to guests. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency at Antlers Lodge, assisting in managing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations during peak times. Additionally, the supervisor will support the training and development of staff, ensuring they are well-informed about the menu, service standards, and company expectations.
