Exams Manager
Salary:
£39,903 – £44,962 per annum

Northampton
We are looking for a dedicated Exams Manager to lead and coordinate your central Exams service. The role is responsible for managing the entire exam cycle, supervising a small team, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and compliant exam processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage internal and external examinations.
Ensure full compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation regulations.
Supervise and support the Exams team.
Coordinate invigilation and access arrangements.
Maintain accurate records and exam data.
Liaise with curriculum staff, students, and external bodies.
Create an organised and supportive exam environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working in an examinations environment.
Knowledge of Awarding Organisation processes.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Calm, professional, and student-focused approach.
