Our RF Integrity (RFI) team pioneers novel methodologies to solve the most complex crosstalk and coexistence issues in highly integrated systems. We operate at the cutting edge of RF/Analog design, using advanced EM/Circuit simulation and hands‑on lab validation to ensure flawless performance. Your work will span the entire system—from silicon and packaging to modules, PCBs, and the final product. In this role, the lines between traditional engineering domains are blurred, and the methods are constantly evolving. As an RF Integrity Engineer, you will dive deep into package design, SI/PI, and RF technology to solve the critical challenges that define modern wireless devices. If you are driven by a challenge and thrive in an innovative, fast‑paced environment, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Description As an RF Integrity Engineer, you are a natural problem‑solver, comfortable navigating issues without clear boundaries and passionate about mastering new technologies. You possess deep theoretical and practical knowledge in one or more core areas: electromagnetic theory, RF/Analog circuit design, Signal and Power Integrity, and communication theory. You will leverage sophisticated EM and circuit simulation, system‑level analysis, and hands‑on testing to unravel complex system interactions and directly influence our product design.
Responsibilities
Tackle complex, inter‑disciplinary problems at the intersection of EM models and active/passive circuits.
Drive design optimization and coupling mitigation for ICs, packages, and boards using advanced 2D/3D EM simulation.
Pioneer and enhance RF/PDN modeling methodologies to achieve unparalleled correlation between simulation and real‑world measurements.
Execute critical Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis across both RF and digital systems to guarantee robust performance.
Partner with world‑class IC, package, and product teams to diagnose and resolve spur/desense issues in both simulation and the lab.
Investigate the system‑level impact of RF impairments like crosstalk on critical blocks, including amplifiers, filters, and PLLs.
Get hands‑on in our state‑of‑the‑art labs, using equipment such as VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes to validate your theories and bring designs to life.
Minimum Qualifications
BS and 10 + years of relevant industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong command of RF/microwave engineering fundamentals and expertise with 2D/3D EM simulation tools.
Experience with the IC design and simulation flow.
Hands‑on experience in RF module/board development and debug.
Experience with high speed signal or optics/photonics design.
Knowledge on RF system modeling and link budgeting for transceiver chains.
