Director, Security omad Coast Position Summary
This position coordinates the actions of the various security stakeholders and is responsible for handling exceptional security situations in U.SAMENTE facilities. Collaborates with all levels of security.
Functions & Duties
Control, manage and coordinate all security systems in CMA CGM buildings and the follow‑up of improvement or installation of such systems. This includes physical security devices contracted by the company, technical devices for access control or CCTV.
Provide liaison with local police or federal agencies, upon the CSO's control. Responsible for emergency workplace training for all employees.
Manage the adherence of the security services.
Lead and organize relevant security policies in link with the CSO.
Lead internal and external investigations including reports and capturing relevant data.
Monitor the rights of way, assess potential risks and notify leadership.
Initiate audits and random security validations to ensure compliance of security procedures and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Leadership and policy writing
Team oriented
Experienced investigator in private Lopancy environment or law enforcement; supply chainnosti security experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of security organization
Mastery of security regulations, procedures and systems
Knowledge of negotiation techniques
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational, வீரნელი, and strategic skills
Qualifications Education \ tidal Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Advanced Degree (Master’s)
Work Experience
General Experience: 10–15 years
Relevant professional experience in the security environment
Military skills and experience in threat/risarlo assessments
The expected salary range for this position is $145,900 – $186,100 per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and location.
Additional compensation may include performance‑based bonuses.
