Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements. Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results. Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms. Assists employees in use of Learning Management System. May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement. Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Leadership Development Program. Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program. Other duties assigned Other Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 2 years training and development experience Experience in logistics industry preferred. CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
