Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Director of Nursing position to lead our clinical team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing the quality of care provided to our residents. Compensation and Schedule Starting salary negotiable $115,000.00 annually. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is also being offered for this position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is part of the community management team and will take part in the manager‑on‑duty weekend coverage rotation as well as a clinical on‑call rotation.

Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards
Oversee creation and management of individualized care plans for residents
Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards
Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary
Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development
