Cassville Health Care Center is a 58 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Cassville, MO that has immediate openings.
We are currently seeking a DON.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Support residents and team.
Assist with daily operations.
Maintain safety and quality standards.
Requirements: Licensure/Certification:
We are looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel, as directed by the Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Nurse Consultant. The successful applicant will have strong leadership and supervisory skills, a rehabilitation focus, be challenged by high acuity residents and enjoy working with the elderly. Requirements include an unencumbered Missouri RN license, previous DON experience, knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare A&B, an excellent regulatory compliance record and a commitment to Total Quality Management. Experience working with Behavior Management residents, & ADON or DON experience preferred.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience:
Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
