We have a new opportunity for a Part-Time Security Officer! Working overnight Monday and Tuesday.
Maintain daily log with hourly notations
Ensure visitors sign in and leave picture identification
Assist residents with maintenance concerns; complete work orders and give to maintenance department
Contact appropriate individuals for emergencies
Assist governmental agencies (fire, police) as needed.
Understanding of fire Alarm systems, emergency call systems, entrance doors, gates, telephone system, and paging systems.
