Manager (M) — FIS Systematics
Role Summary
Manage development teams and ensure timely delivery of technical components and integrations. Responsibilities
Coordinate coding tasks and API development across modules. Ensure proper unit/integration testing and code reviews. Monitor sprint progress and resolve technical blockers. Collaborate with QA and DevOps for automated deployments. Optimize application performance and scalability. Must-Have Skills
Strong development skills in Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET Core. Experience with REST API design and integration. Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems. Understanding of security best practices and encryption standards. Tech Stack & Middleware
Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, REST APIs, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins). Microservices, API gateways, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Outcomes

Applications will be accepted until January 16th 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $120- $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits
