Job Details The Corporate Controller will oversee all financial and accounting activities of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain internal control safeguards for revenue, costs, and budgets.

Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with accuracy and timeliness.

Lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and the finance committee of the board of directors.

Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning; review financial plans vs. actual results to identify and correct variances.

Manage organizational cash flow forecasting in partnership with executive leadership.

Track the performance of invested assets following policies and investment guidelines.

Lead M&A financial and accounting due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration processes.

Evaluate and oversee benefits negotiations to provide competitive packages.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Active CPA license required.

Experience with high‑growth, acquisitive, multi‑site business models, preferably in healthcare.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the organization’s mission.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
