Description
Drive the end-to-end delivery of one or more Salesforce projects through the complete life cycle (Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Technical Deployment).
Lead project execution, think strategically, connect dots in the bigger picture, while remaining comfortable with detailed deliverables.
Map and manage dependencies between projects within the program; ensure integration points are identified and coordinated across project teams.
Engage with leadership, business partners, and engineering teams to develop project timelines and communication plans.
Secure commitments and ensure adherence to established schedules.
Partner with leadership teams to manage budgets for projects and any changes to those budgets.
Drive the implementation and innovative enhancements of tools, technology (including leveraging AI tools for efficiency and insights), and processes that empower the WW Sales BPR team to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommend process innovations and efficiencies through analysis, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile) for the program.
Leverage leading-edge technology (e.g., AI) and process improvement ideas to optimize program planning and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Background in program management, business analysis, or similar role leading complex, cross‑functional business transformation projects
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale programs on time and within budget, including leading simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
Experience with Consumer and B2B sales processes (e.g., account plans, forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, partner incentives, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce platform functionality and best practices, native capabilities, customization, and integrations with external systems
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience creating high‑impact presentations and "storytelling through data"
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to establish trust, and influence across cross‑functional and multi‑directional partners
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with back margin, promotions, pricing, and incentives programs is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models; PMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus
Experience with project management tools
Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate data, business, or systems problems to expose root causes and identify solution options
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Forward‑thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards a solution
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
Master's Degree is a plus
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
