Role and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and labor utilization to improve efficiency
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory turnover
Oversee equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare reports on inventory levels, staffing, and performance metrics
Other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements
Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong experience in a warehouse environment
Prior supervisory or management experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft office and warehouse software (WMS/ERP)
Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents.
Work Environment Work is performed in a tempered and non-tempered environment with bright lights.
