NOW HIRING: MACHINE OPERATORS (12-HOUR SHIFTS)
Location: Rogersville, TN
Shifts Available
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$0.75/hour shift premium for nights)
Schedule
Rotating schedule: 36 hours one week / 48 hours the next
Work 3 days one week, 4 days the next
Pay Starting at $17.50 per hour – paid weekly.
Job Duties
Operate and monitor production machines
Adjust machine settings as needed
Inspect parts for quality
Troubleshoot minor machine issues
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Machine operator experience preferred
Ability to stand/walk for 12‑hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and teamwork mindset
