Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager is responsible/accountable for the overall sales of new and used vehicles and to achieve the goals and objectives for the profitability of the dealership.
Duties include:
Develop the most competent sales management team available.
Establish programs to develop a strong, dedicated sales organization.
Develop programs to increase and ensure good employee morale and employee/employer relations.
Recognize, develop, and motivate staff to their fullest potential.
Control costs and maximize profits.
Plan and initiate advertising and promotions.
Maintain adequate sales inventory. (Model, types, and colors.)
Monitor volume of sales and profits of F&I and sales team to ensure goals/objectives are met. Plans strategies to meet goals and objectives.
Maintain neat and professional appearance of person, showroom, and lot.
Keep abreast of competitor's activities.
React in a timely manner to all situations.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicle through coordinating the efforts of the sales team, business office, and administrative office.
Monitor performance of personnel and counsel/terminate when appropriate.
