Colwell Motors of Mason City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong automotive finance background to help drive results, develop people, and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience from start to finish.

Five-day work week with a consistent schedule
Sundays off & one Saturday off each month

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals Create a positive, accountability-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork Partner with the Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize lead conversion, appointment show rates, and follow-up Collaborate closely with Finance, Service, Parts, and Leadership to ensure seamless dealership operations Oversee vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, merchandising, and lot presentation Review deals, structure financing options, and support the sales and finance teams in closing transactions Ensure compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and manufacturer programs Build lasting customer relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and repeat business What We’re Looking For
Automotive finance background required Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and motivating sales teams Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments Results-driven mindset with a focus on team success and long-term growth Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional, customer-first approach to leadership About Colwell Motors of Mason City
