Key responsibilities:
Compliance to safety and environment related SOP.
Planning and ensuring availability of safety equipments and issuance of the same.
Periodical examination of safety installations.
Liaisoning with Government authorities.
Training on safety, first aid and First Aid Center management.
To ensure availability and compliance to MSDS at respective location.
Preparation and review of SOP and safety documents.
Reporting and investigation of accident / incidences.
Compliance to statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. (Chemistry).
Minimum 15-18 years of experience in Safety management, in a API manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams, with a focus on mechanical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices for API manufacturing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and Maintenance & project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
