Opportunity Overview Part-time post-acute behavioral health opportunity for a PMHNP providing on-site psychiatric care in a skilled nursing facility, with remote documentation and excellent work-life balance. Position starts at 1 day per week with the opportunity to grow to full-time.
Position Highlights 1 weekday per week, Monday–Friday (flexible) On-site patient care with rounding in short-term units Remote documentation from home within 48 hours (iPad/laptop provided) Fee-for-service compensation model Estimated annual compensation: $31,000–$38,000 (1 day/week, uncapped productivity) Flexible schedule with strong administrative support
Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation
