Now Hiring: STAT Transitional Nurse (LPN) - Westchester County/ Bronx/ Orange County/ Rockland County

BAYADA is seeking experienced LPNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx. As a Transitional Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for LPNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.
What You'll Earn
$40-$45/hour
Weekly pay
Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)
What You'll Work
Full-time (minimum 36/hr week)
12-hour day and night shifts available
2 weekend shifts/month required
What You Need
Active LPN license in the state of New York
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County
Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
