We’re looking for a dedicated

Associate Pediatric Dentist

to join our supportive, kid-centric practice where teamwork, professional growth, and a positive workplace atmosphere are priorities.

Position Summary As a full-time Associate Pediatric Dentist at Smile Lodge, you will deliver high-quality pediatric dental care with emphasis on preventive dentistry, patient education, and fun, confidence-building experiences for children. You’ll collaborate with a passionate clinical team to create a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental services including exams, preventive care (cleanings, fluoride, sealants), restorative treatment, and child-friendly behavior management.

Build trusting relationships with young patients and their families by explaining care in a friendly, reassuring way.

Promote positive dental experiences that reduce anxiety and cultivate children’s confidence.

Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-desk team to deliver consistent and coordinated care.

Educate patients and parents on oral health best practices tailored to each child’s needs.

Participate in practice-wide initiatives to enhance patient experience, community outreach, and team-building efforts.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.

Current or eligible state dental licensure where the practice is located.

2 years practice experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — especially with children, caregivers, and team members.

Genuine passion for pediatric dentistry and a positive, patient-focused attitude.

Ability to maintain composure and care quality in a lively, interactive office environment.
