This role is ideal for someone who’s skilled at working in existing homes—handling panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, and the electrical side of heat pump and electrification projects. Key Responsibilities
Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, and feeders Run dedicated circuits for heat pumps, water heaters, EV chargers, and other loads Replace and modernize legacy home wiring (e.g., knob & tube, ungrounded systems) Work on electrification and decarbonization retrofit projects Coordinate with in-house HVAC and plumbing teams Follow all safety codes, permitting procedures, and high-quality workmanship standards Qualifications
Residential electrical experience, including retrofit/remodel work Comfortable working in older homes with variable conditions Experience with heat pump water heaters and high-efficiency systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Compensation & Benefits
