*The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.*# **Tasks and Qualifications:****This is What You Will Do in this Role:*** Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software* Complete sophisticated material specification, layout/drawing preparation, and appropriate follow-up* Complete recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction* Perform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design* Identify and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations* Project Engineering and Commissioning at customer sites* Communicate, train, and work with customer for final system design* Travels up to 25% to different customer locations/Dematic locations## **What We are Looking For:*** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)* 5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree maybe substituted for experience* Proficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD* Experience in Material Handling/automation industry* Experience in a Mechanical Engineering position that is project-based (design to installation)* Strong communication skills/presentation skills* Ability to effectively delegate* Understanding of project schedule and budget for Mechanical Engineering functions* Able to lead multiple small or mid-sized projects.*Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
