We are now strengthening our Engineering organization with a 3D Civil Design Engineer to support our industrial projects, ensure structural integrity, and coordinate civil / structural deliverables between our engineering and technology teams.
Can you say “yes”?... Are you excited by the idea of taking responsibility for structural designs within an international industrial organization?
Do you love solving engineering challenges, reviewing structural calculations, and collaborating with both engineering and technology teams to deliver robust, buildable civil designs?

Are you ready to grow in a purpose‑driven, innovation‑led company improving how people build and live?
The 3D Civil Design Engineer role is a hands‑on engineering position within our industrial projects — ensuring structural designs are compliant, reviewing calculations, and producing basic 3D layouts. Coordinate structural interfaces with process, utilities, equipment foundations and industrial layouts and clash detection activities
Participate in technical design reviews and interface meetings
Identify potential structural risks and propose corrective or optimization measures
Manage design revision history, structural documentation and calculation files
Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and partners
Support the specification, civil tender packages, selection and technical assessment of structural materials or construction methods when required
What we’d love for you to have:
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), with strong competencies in structural design
Professional experience in a similar position OR in a structural/civil design company
Ability to interpret geotechnical reports/soil classes, ground improvement techniques
Ability to read, interpret and challenge structural calculations (concrete, steel, load distribution, stability, foundations)
Fundamental understanding of mechanical and electrical works, and interfaces
Good understanding of fire safety design principles
Good understanding of sustainable design principles
Hands‑on capability to produce basic drafts, layout arrangements and 3D models
