New Frontier Animal Medical Center
Associate Veterinarian
New Frontier Animal Medical Center, Ocala, Florida, United States, 34470
We’re looking for a caring, motivated Associate Veterinarian who loves both pets and people. Our privately owned, family-style clinic sits on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm in a peaceful rural setting, an ideal place for anyone who enjoys nature, space, and a slower pace outside of work. We offer a supportive environment where you can practice high-quality medicine without the pressure of corporate oversight. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; we’re happy to mentor and help you grow.
If you thrive in a fast-paced clinic, enjoy building relationships with clients, and take pride in staying organized and medically sharp, you’ll fit right in with our team.
What We’re Looking For
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted state veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
Solid clinical competency and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Ability to remain organized, efficient, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
A veterinarian with strong medical and surgical skills.
Someone who enjoys connecting with clients and educating them.
A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure.
A compassionate professional who brings positivity and reliability to every shift.
A doctor who values a supportive, close-knit team and wants to grow with us.
What We Offer
Flexible scheduling to support a healthy work–life balance.
Generous paid time off so you can recharge.
Competitive salary.
Potential insurance opportunities.
401(k) with employer contribution.
Continuing education allowance.
Licensing and professional dues covered.
Employee discounts.
Opportunities to pursue areas of professional interest, including advanced medicine, surgery, dentistry, imaging, or specialty training.
A warm, collaborative atmosphere where your voice matters.
A scenic, quiet rural location that makes every workday a little more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a practice that treats you like family, supports your goals, and understands that great veterinarians need balance, we’d love to meet you. Let’s build something meaningful—together. Our leadership is accessible, our team culture is supportive, and your professional judgment is respected. We strive to provide an environment where you can grow your career while maintaining a balanced, fulfilling personal life.
