in the Worcestershire area. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone with strong
people management and turnaround experience , capable of stabilising services, raising standards, and building a high-performing team.

Oversee audits, action plans, and quality improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and key stakeholders
Take ownership of staffing, retention, and workforce performance
