Medical Engineer . Your Role

As a Medical Engineer, you will be the bridge between data, clinical practice, and improvement. You will: Spend time in the operating room (typically 2 days per week) capturing and analyzing process data with DEO.care’s technology. Translate data-driven insights into practical, tailored strategies to improve OR efficiency. Advise hospital teams on implementing these improvements and act as a trusted partner. Build strong client relationships and contribute to DEO.care’s reputation as an expert in OR efficiency and VBHC. Support the growth of DEO.care by joining projects in marketing, training, product development, project management, and sales. Your work will focus primarily on hospitals in

Europe , with opportunities to support projects in other regions when relevant. Your Profile

Technical or medical background, ideally a master’s degree (or a relevant bachelor’s degree). Experience in consulting, process improvement, medical technology, or OR workflows are a strong plus. Excellent command of

German & English . Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or Italian is an advantage. Willingness to travel up to 50% across

EMEA

(occasional Sunday evening travel, compensated). European B driving license. Analytical skills to turn data into clear, solution-oriented actions. Confident, diplomatic communicator with strong presentation skills. Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Curious and eager to learn every day.
