EPS Corporation Company is seeking a highly skilled
Production Manager The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role provides leadership across production teams, manages schedules and resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Develop and execute production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts and supply chain capabilities.
Oversee inventory management, material flow, and coordination with supply chain and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead and develop production teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve production issues.
Utilize manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, and MES to manage production data, reporting, and decision-making.
Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as:
Manufacturing Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Business Administration
Operations Management
Supply Chain Management
Required Qualifications
Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Lean Manufacturing Certification
Six Sigma Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Required Experience Minimum of
8 years of experience
in a production or manufacturing environment with progressively increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated experience in:
Production planning and scheduling
Inventory management
Supply chain management
Quality control and assurance
Team management and leadership
Experience in a related industry such as
marine, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing .
Hands-on experience with manufacturing software systems, including
ERP, MRP, and/or MES platforms .
Proven experience applying
lean manufacturing principles , including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
