Summary
As the Accounting Supervisor/Lead, you will lead the accounting team, overseeing its daily activities and ensuring that all month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
At least
3-5 years work experience related to Accounting Lead/Supervisor.
Must be CPA
Have a capacity to lead or manage a small team with 2 direct reports.
Knowledge in full sets of
Accounts (AP/AR, balance sheet) , primary focus in
managing, overseeing, creating process, closing books.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Highly proficient in key software such as MS Office.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Self-propelled and willing to learn the business.
Knowledge of brokerage business or similar field a plus.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.

Fully onsite; office in San Juan, Metro Manila (O One Madison Square 660 Jose Abad Santos, Little Baguio, San Juan)
Monday to Friday; day-shift schedule
