Hands-on, in-house training with industry experts Supportive, team-oriented work environment Consistent year-round work Opportunity for career growth in a skilled trade What You’ll Do As an Entry-Level Garage Door Technician, you'll train and work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to: Install and service residential and custom wood garage doors and openers Install and service commercial garage doors and openers Diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical issues Operate power tools, hand tools, and company vehicles safely Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Maintain a clean, organized job site and represent the company professionally Requirements:
Job Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria: High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required) 1 year of electrical or troubleshooting experience (preferred) Mechanically inclined and eager to learn Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver’s license with minimal to no infractions Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Benefits available to position include: We offer a competitive benefits package that includes: 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-wide closures for major holidays Available medical and dental insurance plans Company-supplied work clothing and gear
