Job Title: Phlebotomist II – Ennis, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with rotational weekends
Pay range: $18.50+ per hour (eligible for annual performance bonus)
Job Description
We are looking for experienced phlebotomists to collect specimens and perform related duties at our Ennis, TX location. Candidates will adhere to established procedures and maintain quality standards for sample collection and handling.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams, etc.)
Administer oral solutions per training.
Confirm and verify all written and electronic orders using lab technology, client contact, and approved tools.
Enter and maintain accurate data using computer systems.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments as required.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely.
Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
Qualifications
Min. 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (if applicable).
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
