Position Type: Full Time Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Greenville, TX 75402 As an Administrative Assistant, you will:/pulliProvide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc./liliPreparing weekly reports, coordinating travel logistics, processing expense reports, assisting with new hire orientations, and performing various administrative tasks./liliProvide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboarding./liliManage schedules for managers, prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines./liliExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously./liliPlan meetings and take minutes for meetings./liliUse Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams to create presentations and communicate information./liliOrganize and execute employee morale events./liliAssist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference rooms./liliMaintain required level of confidentiality./liliServe as back up support to other administrative team members./liliFunctional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint./li/ulpIdeal candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience./ppPay Range*: $22-$24 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc./ppBenefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP)./p/div
