We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This contract to permanent position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing schedules, and communicates effectively with upper management. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and professionalism to ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organize virtual meetings, share screens, and utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Prepare detailed meeting minutes, document tasks, and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with executive directors to maintain accountability for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Provide general clerical support, ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative duties.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, maintaining an organized workflow.
  • Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting administrative issues as they arise.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with upper management and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Adapt to a dynamic office environment while ensuring consistent productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office clerical roles, with the ability to work alongside executive leadership.
  • Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
