Job Summary The Mobile Tester is responsible for validating the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications across web and mobile platforms. This role supports projects within State Medicaid / Integrated Eligibility environments and focuses on ensuring applications meet functional, technical, and business requirements through comprehensive testing practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and test cases based on business and functional requirements. • Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression testing to validate application behavior. • Execute testing across multiple platforms and environments, including web browsers and mobile devices. • Perform testing on iOS and Android mobile applications to ensure consistency and usability. • Validate actual outcomes against expected results and document findings. • Log, track, and manage defects using test management or defect tracking tools. • Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. • Support testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. • Ensure testing coverage aligns with project standards and delivery timelines. Required Qualifications • Proven experience developing and executing test cases and test scripts. • Hands-on experience performing functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. • Experience testing applications across multiple platforms, including: • Various web browsers • iOS and Android devices • Experience logging and managing defects using defect tracking or test management tools. • Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies. • Previous experience supporting a State Medicaid or Integrated Eligibility project. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with mobile test automation tools or frameworks. • Experience supporting public sector or government healthcare systems. • Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments. • Experience testing large-scale or enterprise applications.
