Job Overview
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tester, you will analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems. Your main responsibilities include assessing current business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future?state solutions that align with organizational goals. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross?functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems.
- Assess current business operations and identify customer requirements.
- Define future?state solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct requirements gathering and functional testing.
- Adapt to project demands with a focus on agile development and process optimization.
Qualifications
- General understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Scrum Master (bonus).
Eligibility Requirements
- Active secret clearance required.
Compensation
Base pay range: $69,200$124,200 USD. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
