• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, compliance, and operations.
• Uphold data confidentiality and strictly follow data protection policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data research, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Statista, Crunchbase).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
