Project Scope (dig into details here): Sr. Director, Analytics - team underneath her who are doing analytics and scrum to support everything for Population Health Service Organization. Embarking on a large project to build out foundational data - 3 of her seasonal analysts are moving to other areas of the business and need to backfill. These analysts will support recurring SQL reporting. Must Haves & Nice to Haves: Must Have:

• Epic data experience (preferred for 2/3 openings)
• Senior level, 3+ years at least 1 year in healthcare
• Snowflake
• Strong SQL ***
• Healthcare

Nice to have:

• Payer Claims data experience
• Pharmacy Claims experience - some ad hoc requests that come through and losing someone with this experience, not critical but could be helpful
