The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills in data analysis and reporting, along with the ability to design and optimize business processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
• Create and automate advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Conduct process mapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance in all analytical deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, automation).
• Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).
• Strong experience in data modeling and database structures.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and business process optimization.
• NJ/NY local candidates preferred.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Insurance domain
