Epic Beaker Systems Analyst (Data Innovations / Middleware) Type: Contract Category: IT Admin Healthcare Workplace Type: Remote Location: Remote USA. Type: Contract- 12+ months On-Call: 24/7 rotation 1 week every 6 weeks Our client is a large, national healthcare diagnostics organization with a high-volume Epic Beaker laboratory environment. We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Data Innovations (DI) middleware to support a highly active laboratory environment. on, run?the?business role supporting day?to?day operations, instrument connectivity, and ongoing maintenance, not a greenfield implementation. Provide day?to?day production support for Epic Beaker (CP), including troubleshooting and maintenance • Administer and support Data Innovations (DI) middleware, ensuring reliable instrument connectivity and data flow • Partner with local LIS, lab operations, and IT teams to resolve issues and support ongoing needs • Follow ServiceNow?Support light Beaker build and configuration as needed • call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks) Production support + middleware?A pure implementation or project?paced production setting, troubleshooting instrument interfaces, supporting Beaker application workflows, and partnering closely with local LIS and lab teams. • Hands?on Epic Beaker application support experience • Strong experience with Data Innovations (DI) middleware and lab instrument interfaces • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and formal change controls Certifications: Epic Beaker certification and relevant Data Innovations certifications are highly desirable. • Background working closely with laboratory operations or LIS teams • The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre?tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked?Please be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
