About the Role: Advance Services, Inc. is looking for motivated and reliable Seasonal Production Workers to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for self-driven individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to a growing company. As a Seasonal Production Worker, you'll be responsible for tasks such as help with seed conditioning, packaging, stacking bags, light maintenance, cleaning, shipping and warehousing as needed. In this position, you'll enjoy going to work every day and take pride in the work you accomplish. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism; responsible for promoting a positive image of the company
• Assist with daily production operations
• Assist in maintaining a safe and hazard-free workplace by adhering to all Safety Policies & Reporting potential workplace hazards
• Adhere to all company housekeeping standards and procedures
• Will be required to participate in company training through our CBT systems (Dozuki), this includes safety training, quality training, and documented work instructions
• Work in plant and warehouse operations
• Assist in light maintenance of plant equipment
• Assist in Bulk Seed movement
• Assist in seed conditioning and treating operations, this includes manual palletizing seed bags
• Warehousing and load building as necessary, including load checking for accuracy
• Operate equipment (forklifts, utility tractors, lawnmowers) on private property
• Utilize small, powered hand tools
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
• Will be required to complete addition, subtraction, and reading & writing on paperwork
