This role is Summits entry level branch position and an excellent role to be introduced to the business and learn skills, product knowledge, and industry best practices that prepare the associate for future opportunities at Summit./ppPrinciple Accountabilities:/pulliPull customer tickets to fulfill orders./liliPrepare orders for shipment to customers./liliLoad and unload Summit trucks./liliReceive and stock products on a daily basis to replenish inventory./liliUnderstand products and their capabilities and warranties./liliAssist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary./liliEnsure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times./liliMaintaining safe practices and proactively upholds Summits commitment to a safe workplace./li/ulpEssential Qualifications and Experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliTime management strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities./liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written./liliFlexibility ability to effectively adapt to change./liliStrong customer service orientation./li/ulpBeneficial Skills and Experience:/pulliPrevious warehouse experience./liliAbility to perform duties with minimal supervision./liliAptitude for learning./li/ulpPhysical Challenges:/pulliAbility to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis./liliAbility to operate standard warehouse equipment./li/ulpPre-employment assessments, drug, and background screens are administered.
