As a Pay loader operator, you will be responsible for material movement and flow in our Material Recovery Facility (MRF) to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate Pay loader to move and load materials Ensure proper handling and sorting of recyclable materials Maintain equipment in good working condition Follow safety protocols at all times Assist with general facility maintenance as needed We are looking for a Pay loader operator who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating heavy equipment, particularly Pay loaders.
