Overview The Mechanic role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy construction equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, graders, excavators, loaders, and trucks. This role ensures that equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for use in the field to support paving and grading operations.
