Associate Director, ACE (Accelerate, Complete, and Engage)

Accelerate, Complete, and Engage (ACE) Program
ACE is a comprehensive program designed to help students complete their bachelors degree within two years (for transfer students) or four years (for freshmen). The program offers financial, academic and personal support, including intensive academic advisement, career counseling, tuition, textbook and transportation assistance.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise program staff in delivering comprehensive support services to ACE students.
- Monitor and assess data reports with advisors for accuracy to ensure movement towards ACE success benchmarks and identify student support needs.
- Oversee planning and implementation of ACE programming, including information sessions, new student orientation, and semester workshops.
- Supervise the delivery of career services to ACE students and monitor completion of critical career benchmarks for all cohorts.
- Ensure timely entry of student enrollment and program contact tracking data into the ACE database.
- Coordinate efforts for retention and credit accumulation, including early alerts, alternative credit options, and winter and summer course taking.
- Oversee ongoing training and professional development for ACE staff.
- Assist the ACE Director with required reporting and collaboration with other college units.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and six years of related experience required. Masters degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary commensurate with education and experience: $90,838 $102,408. CUNY offers health plans, retirement and pension benefits, tuition waivers for graduate study, paid time off, and participation in extensive academic, arts and athletic programs.
