Responsibilities
A full‑cycle recruiting position responsible for sourcing accounting, finance, and various business advisory professionals for strategic hires and just‑in‑time hiring to meet the needs of our growing practice.
Collaborate with hiring partners and managers to understand service area and recruiting needs, create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, conduct behavioral‑based and technical interviews, facilitate the assessment and selection process with identified interview teams, present offers and complete the recruiting cycle ensuring a successful onboarding experience.
Build and maintain relationships within the business areas you support, candidates, and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing, and recruiting skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related business field.
Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably with professional services firms.
PHR or SPHR highly preferred.
Demonstrated skills in sourcing, pipelining, and networking; working knowledge of EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
This is an exempt position, so you may work hours that exceed the standard 40‑hour work week.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role across CO, IL, OH, and MA is $85,000.00 – $118,000.00.
